The Naval Health Clinic Annapolis First Class Petty Officer Association is an enlisted leadership council dedicated to improving our Command and its Sailors by providing effective mentorship, Junior Sailor guidance, and the front line leadership necessary to bolster the success of our Command’s mission, and the betterment of our Shipmates and civilian counterparts. We are dedicated to the professional growth of our council members and are committed to setting a postitive example for both our Command and The United States Navy. We consistently strive to enrich our Command’s climate with innovation and creativity while simultaneously reaching outside of our gates to help improve the welfare of our surrounding civilian community and it’s population.
